One may ask, What is a home? A home is a place where you feel loved, a place where you feel safe, a place to spend time with those you love, a place to find rest, and a place to strengthen your relationships. My prayer is that you have a home in which you are able to experience these things.
The bible tells us that we can know for sure that we have a heavenly home.
- Romans 3:23 tells us that we are all sinners saved by grace.
- Romans 6: 23 tells us that there is a price to be paid for our sins, and that price is death. Of course, we all must die, but Revelation 20:14 states that death and hell were cast into the lake of fire and this is the second death.
- Romans 6:23 also tells us the good news that the payment for sin's price has been made available as a free gift from Jesus Christ.
- Romans 5:8 gives us the good news that Christ paid the payment for sin by his death on the cross.
- Romans 10:13 tells us that whosoever, MEANING YOU, will call upon Christ to accept his gift, shall be saved!
